Scandinavian house overlooking unspoilt secluded wooded valley in the Welsh foothills, 20 minutes from Chester, 40 minutes from Snowdonia. This property overlooks a long stretch of Offas Dyke. The self catering accommodation is open all year.
The house is adjacent to the eight fly fishing lakes. There is a fly fishing tutor available and rods to hire. Tree Tops is set in glorious countryside so peaceful with fabulous views yet so close to all amenities.
The large living room which incorporates kitchen and dining area is equipped for six people including full cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV etc. An elevated veranda complete with patio furniture leads off the lounge. From the veranda guests may enjoy the quiet valley with its uninterupted birdsong. Also downstairs there is a twin bedroom, shower room, toilet/washbasin room and a drying cupboard. Upstairs there are there are two twin bedrooms. A washing machine is available. Free wifi is available in the houses.
Access to the house is from the private driveway at the rear. There is a small step into the house. Each house also has its own barbecue.
For large parties of up to eighteen people the apartment in a wing of the owner's house could be used in conjunction with both houses.
The rental of this property includes heating, electricity, bed linen and towels.

The rates for a maximum of 6 people are per house from £300 to £600 per week. Short breaks are sometimes available please ring for availability and rates. For longer lets we will also be pleased to give a quote.
The Wales Tourist Board annually inspects each house and is 4 star rated.
To book this property we require a £100 holding fee and the remainder of the balance 6 weeks prior to moving in. If your booking is under 6 weeks until the move in date we will require payment in full upon booking.
