The Wharf is a quiet development of apartments overlooking the River Dee the river that flows through Chester. The river view apartment is provided with an enclosed outside area accessible via patio doors to enable quiet enjoyment of the area.

The open plan living room and kitchen are fully equipped with television and all kitchen utensils including cutlery pots and pans and crockery. The heating is a very effective easy to operate electric system. Dining area for 4 people There is even a washer dryer for your convenience and of course fridge and freezer. The bathroom has a bath and shower facility and there is an additional separate shower in the en-suite bathroom accessed via the master bedroom.
Two double bedrooms the main being en suite and the second using the excellent family bathroom. Parking is in a secure underground car park access to the property is then internal by a lift or staircase.
This apartment has been very attractive for holidays in the Chester area, weekend breaks in Chester and for short term serviced lets in Chester.
