So how can you earn with RE and how much does it take?
Lettings - The income you receive will be generated in three ways. There will be an immediate upfront payment plus a residual income paid for as long as the tenant is in the property, which will build up for every property you let out and an accumulated commission pool.
Sales - There will of course be an immediate fee payable from the sale commission, or a residual income using our unique monthly payment plan. There will also be purchase and sale related conveyancing fees, mortgages and insurance commissions.
Holiday Lets - There will be a fee paid with each holiday let and a monthly fee of £50 for each holiday property you bring in.
Other incomes Mortgages - Landlord insurance - Buildings insurance - tenant insurance - Utility savings – Safety Certificates – Inventories – Conveyancing
Your OTE for year 1 will be £17,000 p.a.
Your OTE for year 2 will be £50,000 p.a.
